Frequently asked questions

The cost depends on whether you are having individual tutoring sessions, tutoring sessions in a small group of up to a maximum of 3 students or tutoring sessions in a complete class. Individual tutoring : €60/hr (plus 19% VAT). Group Tutoring with 2 students : €40/hr per student (plus 19% VAT). Group Tutoring with 3 students : €30/hr per student (plus 19% VAT). Complete Class Tutoring : negotiable with your school. On German bank holidays, there is an additional charge of €5/hr per student (plus 19% VAT). Please note that there is also a one time initial registration fee of €35 (plus 19% VAT).

1) Using the Contact menu item, send me an email containing the following information : - your personal details. - the Maths course/level you are studying. - the areas you would like to concentrate on. - the days/times you are available for online tuition sessions. 2) Ask your parents to send me an email in which they give their consent for you to have online Maths tutoring with me. 3) Install Zoom on the computer you will be using for the online Maths tuition sessions.

Please make sure you have the following items with you for each online tutoring session : - Text book(s) - Formula Booklet (if applicable) - Notes from class - Homework from class - Calculator (with fresh batteries) - Pens, pencils, etc.

Zoom will be used for online tuition. Please make sure that you have Zoom installed on your electronic device before tuition begins.

The online tuition sessions are either 1 hr or 1hr 30mins long. If you have a longer session, we will usually have a 5 min break in the middle.

You will be billed at the end of each calendar month in which the online tuition sessions occur. Payment can be made using a normal online direct transfer from your bank.

If you would like to cancel a lesson, please send me a cancellation email request at least 24 hours before the lesson. If a lesson is cancelled less than 24 hours before the lesson, the lesson will be charged. Please note, that if a lesson is scheduled, not cancelled and the student does not show up for the lesson, the lesson will still be charged.
